We want our members to be satisfied with iMasoret Live. To give you the opportunity to use the Gold services before purchasing, we offer a free trial on your mobile device. It’s an easy, no obligation way to experience all the product has to offer and ensure that it meets your needs and expectations. It’s also wise to confirm in advance that your device and operating system can support iMasoret Live.
If you are not satisfied with your iMasoret Live purchase, contact Customer Support. www.iMasoret.com/support We will make our best effort to resolve any issues you have with your Gold subscription. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, a refund will be issued on the following basis:
If you are an annual subscriber – We must receive the initial refund request within 14 days of your original purchase.
If you are a monthly subscriber – We must receive the initial refund request within 14 days of your most recent monthly charge in order to refund that month’s subscription fee.
Please note that we cannot provide a refund if you choose to replace your existing phone with a model we do not support.
All refunds will be issued using the same form of payment as the original purchase. All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use iMasoret Live Gold services, unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.
